Hello World!

Sorry for the absence. I am trying to figure out how to keep doing this without being cumbersome on my new schedule/work/life and not step on any toes. I am living in Brooklyn and have pretty much inherited the most insane home/test kitchen ever (by virtue of living with my buddy Tyler Lyne).

I will be back here soon with pictures, stories and other relevant stuff as soon as I enjoy one of those days off.
